Kathy Knapp

Kathy Knapp is an Associate Professor of English who specializes in contemporary American literature. She is the author of the book, American Unexceptionalism: The Everyman and the Suburban Novel After 9/11 (University of Iowa Press, 2014) and has published essays in American Literary History, Twentieth Century Literature, Modern Fiction Studies, and the Los Angeles Review of Books. She taught at the University of Vilnius in spring 2017 on a Fulbright Fellowship.
